Oh, oh, it is God's Master Plan time again, oh yes it is.
"The child is alive."
Ahaha. Oh, Laura, you and your crazy-ass calmness. That is not the reaction of "my babymama's adopted kid survived and I love her so," that is the reaction of "My plan can still come to fruition!"
Also, so Hera's sick, eh? That's interesting. Maybe Ron Moore really hasn't forgotten about the part where Laura's supposed to be thr dying prophet.
And Adama? No, no, God doesn't have a wicked sense of humour. God has an impeccable sense of timing. Because "Eye of Jupiter" was the Greek name for the sun. And if they've arrived on this planet and are "looking down from the heavens to see the Eye of Jupiter" just at the time that they've found the sun is going nova, then it's that explosion that's going to somehow point the way to Earth. They just need to get everyone off the planet in time.
...I cannot believe we have to wait for more than a month to get this resolved. Curse you SciFi.
In other news, the Roslin-and-Baltar show this episode was particularly fantastic.
