MYKA AND HER WARDROBE CHOICES
I am really quite impressed with that blazer yes I was looking at the blazer well okay I was looking at the shirt too and maybe the hair. ahem.

Also the fact that Pete just made a Commander Data joke in an episode where Brent Spiner is guest starring kind of sums up everything I love about this show. Well, that and the conversation about his gas (I can't believe i just typed that sentence).

Claud and Steve and Artie finally tackling Brother Adrian is just adorable, I love them finally working together and not getting caught in his traps, so good. And oh god watching Artie get all wound up over thinking that Steve and Claudia were dead, awwwww. Artie needs hugs.

I like the new girl! Deb! I like the idea of having more sciencey people in the Warehouse. I think that could be quite interesting. And she and Pete are kind of adorkable. So I am down with this. More ladies! Let's have 'em all! We're not talking about Myka calling Pete a slut... we're just not. But we will talk about Deb being awesome and making fun of all Pete's macho posturing. Because that was good. And I am pleased that she isnot joining the Warehouse proper, but the Regents, so, yes, liking it.

Also, Warehouse, all up in the Classics this week! The Colossus at Rhodes; Limentinus, Roman God of thresholds; the Rod of Asclepius... this is so a show for me. :P

I kind of love that Tumblr has blown up with wow look at Jaime Murray's new ear piercings. Mostly because I feel totally validated for having the same thoughts (also while looking at that pic of her at Burning Man, haha.)

ALSO H.G. WORKING WITH ARTIE AND MRS. F OKAY HOW EPICALLY AWESOME IS THAT IDEA CAN WE JUST PAUSE AND TAKE A BREATH AND THINK ABOUT THAT.

Helena I missed you and your utter brilliance and your super helping of snark. Don't try and fool her about time travel, that's not going to end well. I love that she basically just cut through all Artie's blather and went straight to this is what happened, this is what you used, let's deal with that - because I suspect she knew all the backstory about the artifact from her previous researches. So, innnnteresting.

HOWEVER. I am firmly convinced that it's a fakeout to have the whole "now Helena knows she is in grave danger" thing because OH MY GOD they cannot do anything to here again SHE JUST GOT BACK AND SHE AND MYKA HAVEN'T EVEN HAD TIME TO HAVE A LONG DRAWN-OUT SUBTEXTY RECONCILIATION. Goddamnit show.

I have to admit that even with H.G. back and the joy that I expect to be her and Mrs. F working together next week, man Pete and Myka are my favourite part of this series. I just adore them and want to pinch their cheeks and stuff.

Finally, PARALLELS TIME: Again Pete gets a new girlfriend in the same ep where H.G. comes back! Sure she didn't actually see Myka but it still counts. :P
