Hello, writer! Sorry for the delay on getting this up.

Thanks so much for writing a story for me! I am very excited to see what you come up with.  I have given you some ideas about what I like in each canon, but if you already have an idea, then as long as it doesn't hit up against my DNWs I look forward to it!  Write something you will have fun with.

Some of these are repeated requests where I may have received similar stories before, in which case I just... want MORE. :}

do not want

I do not want to read: rape; animal abuse or death; self-harm; kid!fic. I am okay with violence in service to the story; I am okay with canon-typical violence. I'm also not interested in complete AUs (ie, coffee-shop-type AUs). I do enjoy AUs where one thing in canon is changed and we explore the ramifications of it.

I’m not a big fan of the heteronormative assumption that there’s only one way to progress a relationship and anyone in a relationship must necessarily want co-habitation and homeownership and marriage and children. In fact, I’m really not interested in stories about child-rearing, though dealing with adult children already established in canon can be interesting.

do want

I love stories about women relying on each other. I like seeing moments in fic that give deeper meaning to moments we see on screen. I like porn; I like G-ratings; I like ratings in between. I strongly prefer more developed stories rather than shorter vignettes strung together on a theme.

I love complicated relationships between complicated women, where things aren't necessarily completely straightforward but that doesn't mean they're wrong.  I love power dynamics, and subverting them.

I like gen, but I also write and love everything right up to NC-17. I really enjoy power dynamics in bed, and rough sex that's either an expression of love or of... something darker. I also love laughter and silliness and exploration and snuggles! For contemporary canons and characters who would be into it, sex toys, strap-ons, lingerie etc - yes.

If you feel like going for some good old tropes, some of my favourites include: bedsharing; road trips; huddling for warmth; mutual pining that gets resolved.

Wheel of Time - Moiraine Damodred/Liandrin Guirale, Moiraine Damodred/f!Lan Mandragoran

There's so much history between Moiraine and Liandrin! I would love to see a piece from that history or how that history informs what we seen on screen. I think they clearly had a relationship in the past - what happened? I think the month between Logain's gentling and their arrival in Tar Valon is just begging for fic. How do the other Aes Sedai look at Liandrin for gentling Logain - do they see it as getting revenge for Kerene and is she a bit of a hero? Or has she gone against the Amyrlin and is everyone worried for her? I am also just in loooove with Aes Sedai politicking. Feel free to include any of the other Aes Sedai we've seen so far (or any good guesses from the books, if you are a book person - I read them years ago and am spoiled for what I don't remember, but I also 100% believe that a show fic should be readable by someone who only knows the show, so if you don't know the books don't worry!).

I love the idea of exploring how a change to Lan's gender affects her and Moiraine's relationship, and really open to anything you do with that, as long as it doesn't hit my DNWs. How does the bond influence their feelings for each other? (I bet they do a lot of bedsharing/huddling for warmth, I'm just saying.)

I would prefer not to erase Moiraine's relationship with Siuan, however you choose to handle that.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds - Una Chin-Riley/La'an Noonien-Singh

I love that these two women get each other in a way that no one else on the ship seems to! I want to know more about their history with each other, please. How did they meet? How did they learn to support each other? How have they rescued each other before?

I love that the two of them are comfortable with each other in a way that kind of transcends military discipline. I love that they're willing to be vulnerable with each other (during the shore leave episode). I want to know how they got there!

I love fraught mentor-protegée dynamics. Did they work together before and that got in the way of a relationship? Did they have a relationship and then discover they had to work together?

What does Una know about La'an's family background, and how does that affect how they relate to each other? When did she find out, and did it change how she sees La'an?

While I am a fan of other Trek, I don't fully remember everything about Khan Noonien-Singh, so... feel free to put in Easter eggs if you want, but I may or may not get them!

Doom Patrol - Laura De Mille/Rita Farr

So I have definitely only watched the Michelle Gomez seasons of this, but I was genuinely surprised how much I enjoyed the entire fucked-up family of this show? I really love them all! But Laura and her tragedy just really gets me. (I am writing this immediately after watching "Youth Patrol" so no spoilers but WOW I have a lot of feelings about her.)

I just want an exploration of her and Rita's complicated relationship. Rita blames Laura so hard for what happened to Malcom that Laura now blames herself EVEN THOUGH it wasn't really her fault and she fought so hard to keep the Sisterhood safe? But their chemistry is off the charts and there's just so much ambiguity between the two of them.

I would love something set at any point in their relationship, whether in their shared past or in their current present. If you want to lean into the fuckery of the show and toy with some amnesia-induced dubcon, I would be up for that! There are probably points in between s3 and s4 where neither of them have their full memories, and there are times throughout both seasons where only one does at a time, and I feel like there's a lot to play with there? I'm also into angry sex as Rita tries to work out her feelings. Or how does Laura try to make things up to Rita? Or do they actually get drunk enough together to admit their real feelings? Or does something happen on a mission that shakes one of them to the core, etc etc?

Just, please. I'm SO TIRED of the butts plotline. Please no butts.

I will be keeping up with the series as it airs so don't worry about spoiling me!
