[telly yay!]

Things I have watched but not talked about recently:
BSG 4x04:
OK, there was less showy awesome in this ep, but I still loved it quite a bit. Lee thinks he's proving his principles but is really going to end up screwed in the end. Adama is going to end up nearly as screwed, since he's so desperately in love with Laura, but until he actually gets fucked I will continue to go all melty over his book-reading. And Laura, Laura, Laura. Motherfucking scary, yo. (Though I would like to thank the fandom for either not writing the Laura losing her hair fics, or at least not putting them where I can see them.)
I am not best pleased that I can't look at shots of Caprica in her cell now without having a visceral 'ew' reaction to the visual of Ellen's face superimposed on hers. Tigh, if you had to start being all Cylon-y and projecting, did that have to be it?
Tory, thankfully, continues to be awesome. And crazy. I appreciate all the awesome and crazy women on this show really a lot, have I mentioned?
I particularly loved the bit where Head!Six was literally holding Baltar up like a puppet. Seeeeriously, so much win.
In conclusion, ♥ and can we please continute to the parts where Laura and Natalie and Kara pwn everyone, hopefully all together?
Bones 3x12:
Meh. I tend to be left a little cold by baby storylines in general, although Booth and his over-involved parenting skills were kinda cute. And Bones had a few occasions of sheer awesome, with and without child. It was good, and I'm happy it's back, but I didn't feel like they had quite as much zing as in previous weeks. When do we get back to Gormogon stuff again? I need to re-watch the first half of this season to prep for that.
Gossip Girl 1x15:
Have I not mentioned that
pirateygoodness coerced me into watching this series? Well, she did, and it is OMFG awesome. It nicely fills the hole in my heart left by The O.C., by which I mean there are shiny people doing hot things. Unlike The O.C., though, it's actually well-written. And this week was all hinting at past scandals and evil chicks wearing leather leggings and, you know, I approve.
I try hard not to like Chuck, but man. I like Chuck, what can I say! I know he's a sleazy date-rapist, but he's practically moved away from that now. Down to just sleazy. Seriously though, he kind of seems like a human being now.
And Nate/Vanessa, hm? I am intrigued.
Finally, Georgie is hard fucking core, with the whole roofies inher ex-girlfriend Serena's drink and all. I am particularly amused that in trying to pick up Dan, she named the dog after herself, apparently. Bring on the scandal!
So, television. It makes me happy. Good thing, eh?
