1. Is it just me or does the destruction of the metronome make absolutely no sense? After all, that can't have been what happened last time...

2. Myka Bering, Official Badass, saving the day with her chest-standing and her bringing the goo to the artifact and being all awesome like that. I approve.

3. I'm not the only one who thinks Mrs. F is playing one hell of a weird and problematic game, am I? -- Oh who am I kidding, this last point is totally about H.G. and how she is processing the fact that she died to save Myka and yet is being forced to go away and not talk to Myka at all (and you know that's what Mrs. F meant by "not contacting any of us") and is upset and alone and isolated and just needs some hugs and all. Also, when H.G. says she "lost two agents" to time travel already, what is she talking about? I do not recall that as a thing... is that meant to be a reference to the death/s that caused her to ask to be bronzed? HMMMM.

DISCUSS.

Also, how are there only two more episodes before the mid-season break? That is not okay. And then they won't be back until April and I will be sad.

One of the things I have feelings about were all the women ganging up on Artie with "none of this secrets bull*" - then immediately turning around and keeping a secret from him!

I LOVED THIS EPISODE.

Major fan of Laura Innes since ER and Steve and his mother kind of broke me. I don't know if how Steve got off the Metronome necessarily made much sense, but Artifacts on this show are very silly things that rarely make sense, so.

MYKA BERING AND HER BOOTS, that was amazing.

I was confused also by the "two agents" comment - she's only ever mentioned causing the death of one agent before. The only other one I can think of is Rebecca, but she wasn't an agent at the time and she asked for it. IDK, I guess there are things we don't know about HG's past.

I have many, many thoughts about Mrs. F's choice to send HG away and only half of them are about the faces HG made during that scene. OH MY BB. ;_____;

I think the breaking of the Metronome wasn't the key. It was that, in order to save his mother, Steve was totally willing to break the Metronome. It was the emotional reset with his Mom that did it.

I am trying to work out whether the entire rust plotline was just built backwards from that joke about the purple heart... ;)

Also, OH GOD WE RAN OUT. Still processing this fact.
