Right, but what's this about them friending you? Or not? And it being good for them to friend you? Are there entries in those journals I can't see because I'm not friended? I am so confused.

It is a bugger to explain, mainly because so fer people take them seriously. Um, the "yay I got friended" or "boo I didn't get friended" are basically poking fun at the tendency of people to a) assume that those people who get friended are more prominent/special/BNFs than those who didn't and b) mostly those BNFs and BNF-types who get hated on. Most people I know think they're a laugh riot, although some of them have gotten very cruelly personal of late.
