Like, I was wondering whether maybe it's USUALLY just a Gill-to-Julie thing, but then with the OMG FRIENDSHIP ISSUES raised this episode, Julie was using it reciprocally to mean "despite this work related thing and the issues, I want to let you know that I still value and respect you"? IDK either! OMG.

(I kinda don't want it to be a reference to "slapper", though? Like, the show is usually good about calling out that kind of casual sexual judgement and it's a word I personally dislike so I am biased, lol. But it's so random and adorable and I just love them omg.)
